Here at LOXROOM Furniture, we don’t believe in "good enough". We will always make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible sofas within 30 days of receiving an order to get a FULL refund.

We offer FREE replacement for damaged sofa products. If your sofa gets damaged during transportation, we sincerely apologize, and ask that you send us an email that includes your order number and clear photos of the damaged sofa and outer packaging. Let us deal with courier companies. We will ship out the replacement in just a few days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible sofas within 30 days of receiving an order to get a FULL refund.

The return shipping cost and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for a refund, the returned sofa must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be returned to the original shipping address.
  • Be in original unused condition and securely packaged—preferably in the original factory packaging.
  • If original packaging is unavailable, please use equivalent protective wrapping and provide packaging photos for insurance purposes.

Please inspect your sofa carefully upon unboxing; we recommend retaining all original packaging until you confirm full satisfaction with your item.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned sofa. For PayPal or Shop Pay, it may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account. For credit card refunds, allow 3–7 business days, depending on your issuing bank’s processing schedule.

Damaged Sofas

If your sofa arrives damaged in transit, we sincerely apologize.

We offer free replacements for transit-damaged sofas. Please send your order number and clear photos of product damage plus outer carton/packaging to: service@loxroom.com

We will handle courier damage claims on your behalf, and ship out the replacement sofa in just a few days.
